What would I use the gingerbread spice in? Cookies? Hot Chocolate? I am curious. I have tried to make gingerbread cookies from scratch, but the recipes always have weird ingredients.

I am about to post a gingerbread hot cocoa mix recipe. I also use it in my oatmeal and cereal. I mix it in with my coffee grounds to add flavor. It would make a great milkshake with vanilla ice cream. Pancakes, muffins, frosting, yogurt parfaits … just to name a few ideas 😀
